Organisational Development & HR Apprentice
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support across core HR processes such as absence tracking, employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee lifecycle records. You’ll assist in coordinating the employee engagement programme, support the delivery of learning and development activities, and help manage training records. Additionally, you’ll be involved in administering employee benefits and rewards, ensuring all relevant documentation and systems are kept up to date.
Training Outcome:
Once this apprenticeship is completed successfully we would like the employee to move onto qualify specifically in HR, either through another apprenticeship or professional qualifications.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8:45am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8:45am - 4:20pm.
