Job Title: Restaurant Manager – 5 Star London Hotel

Salary: Up to£45,000 + service charge

Do you have fine dining experience and would like to work in a 5* hotel in London? We are looking a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service. My client is looking for someone who has a background in fine dining and luxury hotels or restaurants.

The successful candidate

Previous experience working in a 5* hotel or restaurant Fine dining experience a mustA strong knowledge of Food & BeverageWell organised with an eye for detailA born leader with excellent communication skills
