Operations Manager – Hospitality & Events Venue, London, £55k - £65k
I am looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the hospitality offering at an entertainment venue in London. This role will drive commercial performance, enhance guest experience, and oversee everything from premium dining to high-volume bar service and private events.
The Role:
Lead operations across multiple outlets, ensuring excellence and smooth deliveryDrive commercial performance with strong focus on revenue and profitabilityManage and develop teams, building accountability and guest delightOversee partners and streamline systems to maintain standards and efficiencyEnsure compliance while collaborating on new initiatives and guest experiencesExperience:
