Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) – FM Service Provider - London - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Westminster. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pmFoot Mobile £26 per hour depending on experience Temp on going  Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors Requirements
