Job Title: Commercial Insurance Claims Handler
Location: Mold + Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Are you a meticulous and customer-focused individual with a passion for navigating the complexities of commercial insurance claims? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our friendly client as a Commercial Insurance Claims Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle commercial insurance claims from initiation to resolution. Investigate and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement options. Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status. Analyse documentation, reports, and other relevant information to make informed decisions regarding claim settlements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance claims handling processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Claims Handler or a similar role. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in relevant software and systems.

Qualifications:

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CII) would be advantageous.
