We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a high-energy Asian restaurant known for its authentic flavors and elevated guest experience. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, supports menu execution, and ensures exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring consistency and excellence in Pan-Asian cuisine.Support menu development, food preparation, and plating to brand standards.Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and performance.Maintain food and labor costs within budget.Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of culinary or restaurant leadership experience.Strong background in Asian cuisine preferred.Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.Knowledge of food safety and OSHA standards.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
