A brand new nurse-led residential service designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin**
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Working as Senior Nurse ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families and visitors Appling relevant policies and statutory requirements within framework of governance and communicates requirements to the wider team Ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment and that statutory requirements are met Respect and apply the requirements of diversity and inclusion, promoting and role modelling these across the team
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
2 years’ experience post-registration along with demonstrable expertise within a clinical specialty Effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills Clinical Supervision experience essential, training desirable Evidence of Continued Professional Development and intent to maintain and develop Continued professional development and leadership Good computer skills
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,085 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
