Recruitment & Sales Apprenticeship - Level 3
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Write job adverts, create marketing content, and use social media to attract candidates
Help manage aftercare activities such as onboarding and timesheets
Support business development by identifying new opportunities in line with organisational needs
Research and analyse recruitment markets to understand trends and candidate availability
Track, measure, and report on recruitment activity against agreed performance targets
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legislation, ethical standards, and organisational policies
Support with Business Development activity to develop relationships with new and existing clients
Training:
Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
End Point Assessment
English and maths functional skills if required which will be delivered via online training sessions for 1 hour per week
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
Training Outcome:
Progression onto a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship or a Full time position may be offered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruiter to join our team and complete the nationally recognised Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship. As an Apprentice Recruiter, you will support and manage activities across the end-to-end recruitment process — from planning and sourcing candidates to assessing, shortlisting, and onboarding them into roles. You will also learn how to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, while ensuring compliance, inclusivity, and sustainability are at the centre of everything you do.
Working Hours :
Monday- Friday, 8.00am- 5.00pm (One-hour unpaid lunch).
