Business Administration Apprenticeship - Calex UK Academy Slough
Provide an administration support function for the Apprenticeship Funding Manager and wider team
Support the day-to-day delivery of apprenticeship data, compliance, and reporting requirements
Assist with programme administration, reception cover, and invigilation
General administrative support responsibilities as required
Compliance and data administration
Support with compliance checks of learner enrolments on BUD
Assist with the accurate input, updating and management of apprenticeship data on the Apprenticeship Service (AS), including creating cohorts, adding apprentices, and linking to employers
Collate and produce reports for management and funding purposes
Work closely with the Apprenticeship Funding Manager and wider team to deliver effective administration support
Audits and quality
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
Provide support in resolving issues identified during compliance checks
Operational support
Assist with exam invigilation where required
Support with reception cover, including greeting visitors and responding to queries
Training:
Working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
At least 20% of your working hours will be allocated to 'off-the-job' training. We'll support you in understanding the working hours during the recruitment process
