This comprehensive programme offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to gain formal qualifications through extensive training — all while in full-time employment.

As a Customer Service Practitioner, your role is to deliver high-quality products and services to your organisation's customers. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service across a variety of channels — from in-person and telephone interactions to email, post, text, and social media. Service delivery may take place in the workplace, digitally, or even in the customer's own locality.

Core Knowledge Areas:

Knowing Your Customers:

Understand who your customers are, both internal and external. Recognise the different needs and priorities of various customer groups Learn how to manage expectations effectively by adapting your communication and service style Understanding the organisation Know your organisation's purpose and what its brand promise means Understand the core values that drive the service culture Be familiar with internal policies and procedures, including complaint handling and digital media usage Meeting Regulations and Legislation Understand the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to your role. Learn your responsibilities and how to apply them while delivering service

Systems and Resources:

Gain practical knowledge of systems, equipment, and technology used to meet customer needs Learn how to use tools for measuring and evaluating customer service performance

Your Role and Responsibilities

Understand your role within the organisation and how your actions impact others Be aware of the targets and goals you’re expected to meet Delivering the customer experience Learn how to gather relevant facts to create a customer-focused experience Understand the importance of building trust with customers and how to establish strong relationships

 



Training:

The programme for the Customer Service Apprenticeship incorporates underpinning knowledge delivered in partnership and managed by EMTEC College. All training is to be delivered online.

 

Apprentices will be required to have or achieve functional skills level 1 in English and Maths, and to have taken functional skills level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their apprenticeship 
 

Regular review and welfare visits from appointed assessors who will observe all evidence opportunities that occur naturally in the workplace 

 

 



Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the role holder will potenitally progress to full-time employment with the company.

Custom accessories, hyperchargers, chrome covers, etc. for all tastes and styles to fit nearly all cruiser motorcycle models, including:- Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Triumph, Buell, BMW and Victory. Most brands including Jardine , National Cycle , Ztechnik , Cobra , Hac , Kuryakyn , Mapam , Renegade Styling , Mustang , Corbin , Vance and Hines , Granucci and Metmachex. Plus our own range of products.

Working Hours :
9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (1 Hour Lunch).
