Business Support & Client Services Apprentice
Assist with the processing of new business applications, including input to the policy administration system
Calculating and making payments to customers when their investments mature or are withdrawn
Handle incoming and outgoing post
Answer queries by e-mail and telephone
Maintain accurate records in computerised and paper form
Assist with marketing initiatives
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office
Other duties as required by management
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Training Outcome:
Possibility of full-time role at the end of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday- Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 9.00am - 3.30pm
