Apprentice Care Navigator - Customer Service

Greet patients and visitors in an efficient and courteous manner. Provide an effective and polite telephone enquiry service. Contact Patients to book for Chronic Disease Reviews. Proactively communicate information between relevant patients, doctors and other professionals. Record patient information and make clinic appointments. Support the requests for information made by patients and third parties.

Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity to gain full-time employment after the apprenticeship.

Alternatively, there may be opportunity to progress on to a level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship.

Monday – Friday between 8am – 4pm.
