Apprentice HealthCare Assistant
A typical day in the job includes:
Assisting and working under supervision with other members of the hospice team Giving personal care to patients, including washing and dressing Supporting patients with their nutritional needs Communicating with patients and families sensitively and professionally Following and updating care plansTraining Outcome:
The hospice has several different clinical departments including Inpatients, Hospice at Home and Wellbeing allowing the option of progression within the hospice
