We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team in Southampton, providing high-quality care and support to young adults in a supported living environment.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Providing personal care and emotional support
Encouraging skill-building and independence
Supporting with daily routines, activities, and community involvement
Working collaboratively with families and professionals

Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a positive approach
Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
