Being responsible for supporting child initiated and adult led activities based around the needs and interests of each individual child Supporting the observation and assessment of the children Working as part of a team to ensure each child feels safe and secure Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals Having a duty of care and following relevant safeguarding procedures

Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
Teaching Assistant within the Trust or with another organisation

Working Hours :
