Apprentice Counter Salesperson

You will be selling our products on the trade counter in our busy builders’ merchants, building customer relationships and learning along the way. 

Building long-term relationships with clients Determining customer requirements  Processing orders  Promoting products and services 

Training:

Your training will be delivered virtually with an observational end-point assessment. 

The qualifications you will receive are: 

Apprenticeship award certificate in Trade Supplier Standard (Level 2) Functional skills (maths & English) if required Employment rights and responsibilities  On-the-job training

Training Outcome:

After building your knowledge, skills and behaviours through the apprenticeship, there are various progression routes throughout the builders' merchants available to the right candidate.

Employer Description:
Turnbull is Lincolnshire’s largest independent Builders’ Merchant. First opening for business in 1895 in Sleaford, nowadays Turnbull is no longer just a Builders’ Merchant. We supply everything from building and plumbing products to bespoke kitchens and bathrooms to both the trade and general public.

Working Hours :
Our core working hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 5:00pm and one in every three Saturdays between 7:30am and 12:30pm.
