We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Group Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UK and Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue and business development across multiple globally recognised brands and distinctive independent properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the group-wide sales strategy, setting targets and driving performance across all propertiesBuild and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and developmentIdentify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segmentsCollaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to maximise commercial resultsAnalyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategySupport new hotel openings and contribute to go-to-market strategiesThe Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in hotel sales leadership across multiple properties or regionsStrong commercial focus with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targetsSkilled at building and motivating high-performing sales teamsExperienced in corporate, MICE, leisure, and group business developmentConfident communicator and relationship-builder with global brand experience Based in the UK or Ireland with knowledge of local sales marketsWhat’s in It for You?
