Contract: Seasonal Consulting | Mid-November – Mid-January (with potential extension through Chinese New Year)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cantonese Sous Chef to support our consulting culinary team in creating authentic Cantonese cuisine for an exclusive guest experience in Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing Cantonese dishes, including 1st Wok, 1st Cutter, Dim Sum, and Chinese BBQ.Supervise daily production and ensure consistent quality and presentation.Support special requests and VIP dining experiences across the property.Work closely with other culinary leaders to maintain authenticity and excellence.

Qualifications:

Background in Cantonese cuisine with strong hands-on cooking experience.From Hong Kong or Guangdong province, with a deep understanding of authentic flavors and techniques.Experience working in luxury or high-volume kitchens preferred.
