About You

Lives and breathes food and service with genuine passion.At least three years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment.Comfortable managing weekly volumes of £50k–£70k.Demonstrates stability and progression in your career.Obsessed with operational excellence and continuous improvement.Inspires and develops your team to reach new heights.Commercially astute and guest-focused.A natural leader who drives change and brings out the best in others.
