Your duties will include: 

Larder, vegetable and other food preparation Food handling Stock awareness Food safety Cooking Cleaning techniques

Training:
Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard  Training is delivered predominantly on a one to one basis in the workplace

Training Outcome:
Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship 

Employer Description:
We are a 21 bedroomed hotel in the centre of Tetbury. Upscale, modern British cuisine, on-site bistro, bar and garden dining areas with seating for 60 inside.

Working Hours :
5 days, straight shifts within opening hours. (Daily Hours to be confirmed)
