HR Apprentice

Provide a service to all employees and managers, supporting the HR team with queries, requests and issues Learn about HR policies, UK employment law and legislation to support and advise employees and management Assist with administration for new starters and leavers, including monitoring site sickness and absence Support the provision of labour turnover information for the site and group Help with site induction and employee engagement activities Take an active role in Employee Focus Groups, charity events and the site’s Corporate Responsibility Programme

Training:

HR Support Level 3.

The training will be provided onsite through a variety of online classrooms and workshops. This will roughly happen each month and you'll be supported by the site team to put your new learning into practice.

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship offers a gateway to a rewarding HR career at ABP. Upon completion, you’ll have valuable experience and a recognised qualification, opening doors to a variety of roles within the business. With over 20 sites across the UK and Northern Ireland, there are plenty of opportunities for development and growth.

Working Hours :
8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (includes a 30-minute break)
