Health and Social Care Apprenticeship - Maidstone

You will be providing support to her in her home, helping her with her day-to-day life and assisting her in enjoying her favourite activities as well as exploring new ones.

Support her with daily routines and household tasks as required. Encourage and assist her to take part in her chosen activities. Accompany her to the local farm three days a week, where she cares for animals, tends vegetable plots, and supports general farm activities. Join and encourage her in practising Tai Chi sessions via YouTube. Accompany her to Costa Coffee to enjoy a warm hot chocolate and social interaction. Promote her independence and support her in developing new life skills. Provide encouragement to help her set and achieve personal and meaningful goals. Support her in maintaining a positive and fulfilling lifestyle. Ensure her safety, well-being, and dignity are always prioritised. Work in line with organisational policies, values, and safeguarding procedures.

Training:

Paragon Skills is a leading national Apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organisations. Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry.

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Adult Care Worker - Level 2 Apprenticeship 

Training Outcome:

Possibility of a full-time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
