Provide IT support via phone, email, in person and ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce
Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup and equipment provisioning
Log and monitor incidents through JIRA Service Desk
Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
Assist with system improvements and digital transformation projects
Support cloud platforms, Zoom telephony, and SaaS applications.

Learners are assigned a Digital Learning Consultant (DLC) for personalised coaching and support. These specialists ensure their successful progress, wellbeing, and readiness for assessments.
