The Head Chef Role:
 As the Head Chef, you will be the culinary leader, driving standards and fostering a positive, high-energy kitchen environment. You will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, from team management to financial control, all while ensuring every guest receives a taste of Mexican sunshine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support a team of junior chefs.Champion food safety and maintain the highest brand standards.Inspire your team through hands-on leadership and a positive attitude.Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration.Train chefs to follow recipes precisely, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.The Ideal Head Chef:
