Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager 
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 gross per annum

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. This position focuses on identifying potential partners, developing long-term relationships, and securing high-value deals that contribute directly to regional expansion.

You’ll manage the complete sales process — from prospecting and presenting commercial proposals to negotiating and finalizing agreements. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

Proactively source and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region.Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight commercial value and growth potential.Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract handover and implementation.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance and revenue targets.

Profile Requirements

Solid experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in hospitality, investment, or service-based sectors.Proven ability to open doors, negotiate, and close deals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.Self-starter with a high degree of resilience and ambition.Experienced in managing a regional pipeline and working autonomously.Open to regular travel and hybrid work arrangements.
