Location: London – Remote/Hybrid

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000

The role:

Be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all things HR and people operations.Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and employee wellbeing.Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Implement scalable HR processes that grow with the business, while keeping the startup soul intact.Foster an inclusive, vibrant, and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

Experience:

Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or as a People Partner, ideally in a startup or fast growing business.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.A hands on, proactive, and flexible approach - no task is too small!Passion for wellness, wellbeing, and creating a people first culture.Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
