Administrator - Compliance
			
			Compliance Administrator - Renfrewshire - Up to £27,000
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to support a Compliance team in delivering high-quality energy efficiency projects in line with standards and other regulatory frameworks. This is a crucial administrative role focused on ensuring all documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of retrofit projects.
 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Retrofit Compliance team with all administrative tasks related to energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
Ensure accurate and timely collation, filing, and archiving of compliance documentation (e.g., Retrofit Assessments, Plans, Designs, Installations, Evaluations).
Liaise with Coordinators, Installers, Assessors, and other stakeholders to obtain and verify required documentation.
Maintain comprehensive compliance trackers and databases to ensure all documentation aligns 
Assist in the preparation of reports and audits for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor deadlines and project milestones to support timely submissions and project progress.
Contribute to process improvements for documentation handling and compliance procedures.
Support in handling queries from auditors, funding bodies, and project partners.
Key Skills and ExperienceStrong administrative background, ideally within construction, energy efficiency, housing, or compliance environments.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Confident using document management systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with energy efficiency
