Location: Southall, Greater London
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (negotiable, dependant on experience)

Due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is a new opportunity for a skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.

Duties:Conduct manual quality inspection using standard inspection/checking equipment such as Micrometres, Calipers, Height Gauges, and Shadow GraphOperate both manual and CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Program CMMs with PC DMIS softwareUtilise Visual FAIR software and potentiallyEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Key Skills:Experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly in mechanical quality inspectionFamiliarity with FAIR, CMM operation, and PC DMIS softwareBackground in precision engineering and component manufacturingKnowledge of Aerospace industry standards such as AS9100Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a small team environment
Hours of Work:40 hours per week4 days per week (10-hour shifts)Flexible start times, 6am to 8amOvertime available paid at x1.333hrs weekdays and x1.5 Saturdays
