Administrative Assistant Apprentice
			
			
Be responsible as the duty desk person, managing emails, calls and supporting colleagues in the team with tasks.
Open, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
General office duties such as photocopying, word processing, data input and using a range of equipment such as plotters, scanners, and laminators.
Be efficient in using Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook and search engines.
Assist with arranging meetings and taking notes at informal meetings
Be able to process various documents (eg, Timesheets, invoices, orders and letters ensuring accuracy.)
Resolving routine enquiries.
