Groundworker Apprentice

Daily Duties will include;

Setting out and preparing the sub-surfaces ready for the work to begin installing drainage systems. Concreting. Constructing roads and pathways. Carrying out the finished hard landscaping. Put through plant operator tickets.

Training:

Training will be delivered at Derwentside College via block release. 

Training Outcome:

For the right candidate, upon completion of the apprenticeship, there is the possibility of a full-time position.

Syd Varley Groundworks Ltd is based in Crook but covers all of the North East. Our work is mainly on Housing sites in County Durham and Newcastle. We pride ourselves on our outstanding quality of work and always aim to deliver an excellent service to our clients.

Working Hours :
8am – 4.30 pm with a half hour break.
