Apprentice Supply Chain Administrator
			
			
Prepare purchase orders for supplies and equipment in a timely manner
Monitor and organise the purchasing mailbox
Maintain, update and keep accurate records of goods ordered and received
Ensure all purchasing invoices are correct
Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are paid for and arrive on time
Ensure all documentation is correct and processed accordingly
Contact suppliers by telephone and email to chase up delivery dates
Keeping an accurate record of the purchasing system
Any other administration duties as required
Training:
On and off the job training in the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, there is a potential opportunity for progression and full time employment.

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm 37.5 hour working week
