Human Resources (People) Apprenticeship

As a People and Sustainability (HR) Apprentice, you’ll rotate through three key areas of our HR function over 18-months: 

HR Operations - Get hands-on with the foundations of HR. 
Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, or Talent Acquisition - Tailored to your strengths and interests Final Rotation - Deepen your experience and prepare for your next step By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to move into a full-time role in our People & Sustainability team - or even progress to a Level 5 HR qualification! 

Training:

HR Support Level 3.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to move into a full-time role in our People & Sustainability team - or even progress to a Level 5 HR qualification!

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, 2 days a week in the office
