Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our Commercial Director at our office in Maulden, Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain high-level exposure within a lean, high-turnover (£30M) M&E contractor setting.

Hours: 8:30–17:00 (Office Based)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (Negotiable based on skills/experience)
Key Duties:

Assisting the Commercial Director with all aspects of commercial management. Preparing and managing variations and client applications for payment. Handling procurement, including placing purchase orders. Managing subcontractor applications and payments. Preparing cost-to-complete reports and managing labour costs/budgets. Experience with Eque 2 software is beneficial.
