Data Protection Apprentice

Identify, assess, and investigate data breaches, ensuring all relevant information is collected, and flag high-risk cases to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) Monitor breach trends and identify areas for improvement
Assist the Data Protection Assistant with inbox triage and support Managers/Data Protection Officer with research, projects, and other ad hoc tasks Manage horizon scanning, intranet pages, and the creation of reports, presentations, and other documents Monitor deadlines to ensure responses meet regulatory requirements Collate statistics for internal reporting and assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) Continue developing knowledge across all areas of data protection

Data Protection and Information Governance Practitioner
Level 4 (Higher national certificate) Apprenticeship Standard:

This 19-month Data Protection apprenticeship provides the foundation for a career in our Data Protection team Excellent training will be provided to support you by experts within our business and our apprenticeship provider at our Peterborough site Training and studying will make up 20% of the course
