About the Role

You will play a key role in expanding our healthcare network across the UK, focusing on cold calling, relationship management, and contact network mapping to support the continued growth of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and candidates within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with stakeholders. Map and develop contact networks to support business growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development and recruitment targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on CRM systems and communication platforms.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with individuals remotely. Computer literate with the ability to navigate CRM systems and online communication tools. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Office based - covers national territories.
