Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Selby, North Yorkshire
Salary: £48,800
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break)

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Selby. The site operates some of the most advanced equipment in the industry and offers excellent long-term stability and career growth.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving production and plant machinery to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment

Fault find on electrical systems and PLCs

Update and maintain the site’s CMMS system

Work closely with production and contractors to resolve issues quickly

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

What We’re Looking For:

Time-served Engineer, electrically biased (HNC/ONC or equivalent)

18th Edition qualified

Experience working in a food or FMCG environment

Knowledge of PLC systems and CMMS software

IOSH Managing Safely preferred
