HR Administration Apprentice
Checking right to work documents and taking reference on new employees
Drafting, amending and sending contracts of employment
Sending correspondence to employees of any job role changes
Off boarding employees on the HR system
Keeping an accurate HR CRM system
Providing adhoc reports for the Senior HR Business Partners
Being the main point of contact for any HR admin related queries from the 2000 + workforce
Working closely with key stakeholders across the group including the Director of Talent
Supporting the new starter induction days
Training:
HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
To be agreed with the apprentice once appointed
Training Outcome:
After successful completion of the apprenticeship, we will offer the individual the opportunity to go permanent and start a level 4 qualification
The next step on the career path will be to become a Senior HR Administrator

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm.
