During your work you will;
Working towards and completing industry - recognised training courses to boost your professional credentials Fully embracing all learning opportunities - both hands-on at the centre and through the Kendal College programme Learning and applying emergency evacuation procedures to keep everyone safe Supporting our Head and Assistant Cooks in creating delicious, nutritious meals for guests Taking on a variety of domestic duties, from cleaning and stock management to bed-making, ensuring our spaces are welcoming and well-maintained Progressing towards independently delivering key aspects of domestic services, building confidence and responsibility Gaining a complete understanding of residential hospitality by contributing to essential administrative tasks within catering and domestic departments Representing South Tyneside Council with pride by positively promoting our Outdoor Education portfolio and Children’s Services at all timesTraining:

Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to build key employment skills and gain hands-on experience that will prepare you for a successful career in hosptality You’ll develop practical expertise, professional confidence, and a strong foundation for future roles within this exciting environment. Working Hours :
Work Pattern: Flexible to cover the needs of the centre. Weekly hours will be worked over 10 days in a 14 day period. Working rota’s will be agreed in advance. Will include weekend and evening work.
