IT & AI Technician Apprentice

We are looking for an IT and AI Technician Apprentice to join our team in Harrogate This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen interest in technology, cloud computing and artificial intelligence You will support the delivery of reliable and secure IT services across the charity while completing the Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship You will gain practical experience in IT support, cloud systems and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies and helping others Your work will help ensure our staff have the digital tools they need to support people with sight loss and other disabilities
