Learning and Development Apprentice

We help protect industries around the world from the risks they face. Providing support to a global headcount of c. 600. The Company are in the midst of ambitious growth plans, so this is an exciting time to join the team to help ensure the business has the right skills and capabilities to deliver our strategy. This role is an 18-month Level 3 Apprenticeship position, which will provide development into a learning and development practitioner.
Through the apprenticeship programme, you'll work alongside HR colleagues to:
Assist in the learning and development process and initiativesSupport with Workday Learning Management System-related tasks and reporting Working with training providers to schedule training and associated logistics Professional qualifications administration Responding to learning & development queries and inbox Support the delivery of corporate welcome/induction training Support early careers recruitment and development Identifying development opportunities/improvements to current provision Design, delivery and evaluation of training Review the evaluation and return on investment of development
Training:
The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreed subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End-Point Assessment. It may also include Functional Skills in maths and English.
The apprentice at the end of this qualification will achieve a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
