Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship - Level 6 - Broadcast & End User Team - Salford
As a Project Manager Apprentice with the BBC Broadcast & End User team, you’ll work with experienced professionals and contribute to impactful projects. As part of your daily activities, you may:
Manage various administrative and reporting tasks to a deadline Communicate with stakeholders impacted by projects and provide timely updates Take ownership of small-scale projects and support the delivery of medium and large-scale initiatives Get hands-on experience in technical delivery activities. Apply project management methods learned during your academic studies Learn about cutting-edge broadcast technology and the IT and network infrastructure that supports itTraining:
You’ll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on the job at the BBC and off the job with our chosen education provider. The academic study involves attending instructor-led workshops, tutorial sessions, practical and library-based research, presentations, group work and real-world simulated projects.
The apprenticeship programme is structured across 3 learning levels:
Level 4: Covers Business Environment, Stakeholder Management, and Project Planning & Control Level 5: Focuses on Project Management Professionalism and Professional Development Level 6: Includes Programme & Portfolio Management, Project Leadership & Governance, and Change & Risk Management The programme concludes with an integrated End Point Assessment (EPA)Training Outcome:
This is a fixed-term apprenticeship - your contract lasts for the duration of the scheme.
