Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily reactive and planned maintenance across guest rooms and public areasRespond promptly to reported faults and ensure timely repairsMonitor and maintain essential building systems (e.g. plumbing, electrics, HVAC)Support external contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to standard

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role, ideally in hospitality or hotelsBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenanceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends or evenings
