Executive Chef - Catering

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef from the Catering and Events worldto lead culinary operations across a variety of events and service offerings. This role requires a creative vision, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee diverse kitchen functions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise all kitchen operations across multiple eventsDevelop and execute menus that align with brand standards and client expectations.Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all culinary offerings.Collaborate with internal teams on event planning, logistics, and execution.Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and overall team performance.Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

About you:

Proven leadership in culinary environments, within catering or large-scale food production.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and think creatively under pressure.
