Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiriesManage meeting room bookings, setups, and hospitality arrangementsMaintain expert knowledge of available spaces, configurations, and menu optionsWork closely with internal departments and service providers to ensure flawless delivery
