The role: Accounts Administrator:
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document managementHandle phone calls and correspondence with professionalismMaintain accurate records and databasesSupport the team with administrative tasks as requiredLiaise with customers to provide weekly and monthly compliance paperwork3-way invoice matching of all invoicesCreation of all customer invoices, Pro forma’s and Credit NotesVerifying and Posting of Supplier InvoicesError checking invoices and raising queriesWhat our client is looking for in an Accounts Administrator:
