Childcare Apprenticeship - London

We are offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate and committed apprentice to join one of our three South London nurseries.

Over a 15–24 month programme, you will work alongside experienced Early Years Educators, gaining hands-on experience while completing your Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education, fully funded through our training partner.

Linden Tree Nursery Schools is a small group of Frobelian nursery schools based in Clapham, South London, offering high-quality early years education to children aged 6 months to 5 years since 2005.

Your role will include; 

Help observe, record and support children’s development in line with the EYFS Assist in planning and delivering play-based learning experiences Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families Uphold safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times Engage in reflection and supervision as part of your learning journey

Training:
It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Educator Level 3

Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship
