Operational Performance Administrator Apprenticeship
Organising meetings & writing meeting notes
Updating monthly reports using PowerPoint and Excel
Transferring information from internal systems into reporting files
Assisting the team to keep within agreed timeframes
Double-checking information to spot errors and flagging them for correction
Adhoc digital filing and organising documentation
Keeping trackers up to date with good news, feedback, and actions
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the individual could move into a Operational Performance role and take on additional responsibility and further training.

Marlborough Highways is an established, independent and dynamic civil engineering company with 30 years of industry experience and expertise in public realm, regeneration and infrastructure projects. We work with Councils, Local Authorities and Contractors in London, Essex, Cambridgeshire and the South East, delivering pioneering multi-million-pound trials and rollouts for large programmes and phased schemes through to smaller one-off projects.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Working Pattern, including shift start and end times to be agreed with line manager, typically 8.00am - 4.00pm.
