Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Cost planning and initial estimating Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents Fund monitoring and due diligence Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects Working closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and Project Managers Assisting with a range of pre and post contract surveying duties

Training:
You will typically attend a local university one day per week

Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship, you will work as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and could go on to become a chartered surveyor achieving RICS certification

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, start and finish times typically between 9am - 5.30pm.
