Director of Operations – Denver, CO – $100k to $130k

We’re working with a hospitality group that’s on the lookout for a Director of Operations to lead a mix of quick-service and full-service restaurants. This is a key role focused on driving smooth day-to-day operations, mentoring multi-unit teams, and keeping service, quality, and efficiency on point. A great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and knows how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership.

What they are looking for:

Proven experience overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations across both QSR and full-service concepts –  ex airportsSkilled in building strong leadership teams and fostering a positive, high-performance cultureStrong grasp of operational systems, scheduling, inventory, and cost controlsComfortable navigating fast-paced, high-volume environmentsAbility to streamline processes while supporting brand standardsConfident making data-informed decisions to drive revenue, efficiency, and team development
