Salary: Up to £37,000+ bonus

I am recruiting a Head Chef to join this boutique hotel in Wales. My client is looking for a passionate and experienced chef who will lead a dynamic kitchen.

 

About the position

Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standardsOversee the creation and execution of seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients.Ensure smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.Live in accommodation available for the first 3 monthsKPI Bonus scheme

Highly organised Head Chef with fresh food experience and volume Calm and focused Head Chefs who are hardworking and humbleExperience with eventsGreat communication skills Assist with all EHO, stock taking, rotas, food, and staff costsDedication to your craft, longevity in roles
